By playing Chartly on the App Store, at chartly.live, or inside Discord, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Chartly.
Chartly is a free game for learning chart and candlestick patterns, with daily puzzles, practice, a simulated Options trading mode, leaderboards and friends.
Charts in Chartly are generated for the game, and the Options mode is a simulation with play money. Nothing in Chartly is financial, investment or trading advice, and results in the game say nothing about how real trades would turn out.
Chartly is intended for players aged 13 and up. Playing inside Discord also means following Discord's Terms of Service.
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate leaderboards; don't use display names or messages to harass, threaten or offend other players; don't impersonate anyone; and don't try to disrupt or break into Chartly's servers or data. We may remove names, messages, leaderboard entries or access for anyone who breaks these rules. You can report or block other players from inside the game, and we review reports.
Points, coins, streaks, themes, badges and Options balances exist only inside the game. They have no real-world value, can't be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and may be adjusted or reset.
Chartly is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Chartly's developer isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the game.
We may update Chartly and these terms. If the terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above.
